# Santa Naughty List

## What it makes

Two AI Christmas video effects: the original Naughty or Nice List from one empty-room photo and a name, and Custom Santa Video Message from a room photo and user-written dialogue. The target format is 12 seconds, 9:16 for the list effect, or 9:16 / 3:4 / 1:1 / 4:3 / 16:9 for the custom effect, MP4 with generated speech. This is AI entertainment, not a live Santa performance or a behavior assessment.

## Inputs and choices

- Upload one JPG, PNG or WebP room photo, up to 8 MB, or use the registered sample room when available. Do not upload people or sensitive details. Computer upload and phone transfer are supported.

- Original effect: `effect: santanaughtylist`. Enter a name of up to 40 characters and choose Nice or Naughty. You must have permission to provide the photo and name.

- The original list effect uses fixed scripts. Custom Santa Video Message uses `effect: custom-santa-video-message` and accepts your own dialogue, up to 240 characters and 30 words. Include names directly in the dialogue. The three main inputs are a room photo, dialogue and spoken language. Output settings offer 9:16, 3:4, 1:1, 4:3 and 16:9; the chosen ratio is saved with the task.

- Write custom dialogue in the selected spoken language. There is no automatic translation. The custom message is sent to the video provider and saved in the task for history and regeneration; drafts stay in the current browser session. Avoid sensitive information and use only authorized content.

- Spoken languages: American English (en-US), Spanish (es), French (fr-FR), German (de-DE), Brazilian Portuguese (pt-BR), Italian (it-IT). Voice defaults to the page language but can be changed independently.

- Resolutions: 480P, 720P, 1080P. The site adds no watermark. AI details, pronunciation and lip sync can vary.

## Create, review and download

Choose your settings and confirm photo permission. Sign in and purchase sufficient credits before generating. New accounts receive no free credits. Credits are reserved on submission and returned when failure is confirmed. Results are saved to My videos; download the MP4 after reviewing it. A fixed completion time is not promised.

Results are accessible in the account for up to 90 days. This is an access limit, not an automatic physical-deletion promise. Phone upload links expire after 30 minutes. Keep private transfer and download links to yourself.

## Examples and family use

The homepage Nice and Naughty examples use the same room, Oliver, English speech, and 480P. Website-language changes do not translate the example videos. These list examples use 9:16; supplied samples measure 496 × 864 and about 12.096 seconds.

Prepare the video before Christmas Eve or gift time. Watch it yourself first, save the MP4, and choose a quiet moment to play it to your family. Start with the Nice message if a child may take the list seriously.
