Terms of service
These terms explain the rules for using Santa Naughty List, purchasing credits and creating personalized Christmas videos.
Service and eligibility
The service creates a short AI Christmas video from an authorized room photo, a supplied name and selected settings. You must be legally able to accept these terms and provide accurate account information.
You are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your password private and contact support if you suspect unauthorized access.
Your media and permissions
You must own or have permission to use every image and name you submit. If a recognizable person appears, you are responsible for obtaining the permission required to process that image.
You grant a limited permission to store, transmit and technically adapt your submission only to operate the service, process your request, provide support and investigate abuse. You keep rights you already hold in your input.
Content rules
Do not submit illegal, infringing, deceptive, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit or exploitative material. This includes sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate images, fraudulent impersonation and material that violates another person’s privacy.
We may reject a request, review a task, limit a result or suspend an account when we reasonably believe these rules or applicable law have been breached.
AI results and review
AI generation can contain visual, audio, pronunciation or timing errors. Review the video before sharing it, especially when it contains a child’s name or a recognizable home.
No result is guaranteed to be accurate, safe, identical to the request or suitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for how you edit, use and share it.
Credits, prices and payments
Credit packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. The price, credit amount and resolution cost are shown before checkout. Credits have no cash value and are not transferable except where required by law.
Credits are reserved when a generation is submitted. A confirmed failed task returns the reservation. An unconfirmed submission may be checked before another attempt. Cash refunds are handled under the refund policy and applicable payment rules.
Availability, suspension and changes
Generation depends on external capacity, network conditions, maintenance and request content. Features may be limited or changed, and no uninterrupted availability or fixed completion time is promised.
We may suspend access for abuse, fraud, non-payment, security risk or serious breach. We may update these terms by publishing a new version on this page; continued use after publication means the current version applies.
