Privacy policy
This policy explains what Santa Naughty List processes when you create an account, upload a room photo, purchase credits or generate a personalized Christmas video.
Information we process
We process your email address, display name, password hash and authentication session to operate your account. If you use social sign-in, we receive the basic account information supplied by that sign-in service.
The studio also processes the name you provide, selected language, list choice, resolution, dialogue, task status, orders, credits and payment status so we can provide the service and answer support requests.
Photos, prompts and videos
Your room photo, supplied name and generation settings are processed to create the requested video. Upload only material that you own or are authorized to use, and avoid private or sensitive information that is not needed for the request.
Photos and generated videos are stored in private account storage. Temporary phone-transfer files are used only to complete the paired upload. A finished result can be accessed from the account for up to 90 days; after that it may be marked unavailable for account access.
How we use and share information
We use information for authentication, credit reservation and restoration, video processing, delivery, fraud prevention, security, support and accounting. We do not sell your room photos, names or generated videos.
We share only the information needed with infrastructure, payment and video-processing partners that help complete your request. Those partners may process information under their own privacy notices.
Payments, cookies and analytics
Checkout is handled through a hosted payment flow. We receive order identifiers, amount, currency and payment status; support does not need your full card number.
Essential cookies and storage support sign-in, security, language preferences and drafts. Google Analytics loads only after analytics consent. It does not receive your uploaded photo, generated video or payment credentials.
Security, retention and your choices
We use access controls, private object storage, signed media links and HTTPS to reduce unauthorized access. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so use a unique password and do not share temporary download links.
You may request access to, correction of or deletion of eligible account data by contacting support from your account email. We may verify the request and retain records required for security, disputes, refunds or law.
